1. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment.
Refunds are only considered if the internship placement process has not started.
Once the internship process or onboarding has begun, no refunds will be issued.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, email support@dwani.net with your payment details and reason for the request.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
Any administrative or processing fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are not available for completed or ongoing internships.
4. Changes to Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
